All registrations, subscriptions, access fees, and payments made to JIC Academy & Learning Center are final and non-refundable.
Once access to digital academic content, recorded lectures, presentations, or learning resources is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, non-usage, partial usage, technical issues at the user’s end, or change of intent after purchase.
Users are advised to review all program details, access terms, and system requirements carefully before completing any payment.
In exceptional cases of duplicate payments or technical errors attributable solely to the platform, resolution may be considered at the sole discretion of JIC Academy & Learning Center.
